Your oral component of the VIP
presentation is worth 40 points.
You must be ready to present on the
day you are scheduled to do so. If you have a conflict for
class that day, it is your responsibility to notify me in
advance of the scheduled day. Serious illness is the
only "last-minute" conflict that will be
accepted.
You should be ready to go right at
the beginning of class. I would prefer not to need to bring
in elaborate equipment for these like the computer
projector, etc. Getting a television and VCR is simple, but
notify me in advance.
Remember, the "visual" nature can
be determined by you. I have seen costuming, puppet shows,
cardboard cutouts, posters, drawing, pictures, maps,
overheads, etc.
